Refund Policy

Prestige Field Hockey aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process while maintaining high-quality programming for all athletes.

Program Refunds

• Full refund minus a $25 admin fee if requested 14+ days before the program starts.

• 50% refund if requested 7–13 days before the start date.

• No refunds within 6 days of the start date or after the program begins.

Club Teams (U12–U19)

• Tryout fees are non-refundable.

• Once a roster spot is accepted and payment is made, all fees are non-refundable.

• Medical or relocation exceptions may receive a prorated credit, not a refund.

Clinics, Tournaments & Events

• Full refund if Prestige cancels.

• Player withdrawals:

  • Full refund minus $10 if canceled 10+ days prior

  • 50% refund if 5–9 days prior

  • No refunds within 4 days due to pre-paid costs

Weather

• Make-up sessions offered when possible.

• No refunds for weather cancellations.

No Refunds For

• Missed sessions

• Uniform/apparel purchases

• Dismissal due to Code of Conduct violations
