​1. Program Participation

• Athletes must register for programs through the official Prestige Field Hockey registration process.

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Athletes are expected to follow all program rules, safety guidelines, and coaching instructions.

2. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is required to confirm program registration.

• Refunds are granted only in accordance with our refund policy (e.g., medical circumstances, program cancellations).

• Missed practices, clinics, or games are non-refundable.

3. Code of Conduct

Prestige Field Hockey promotes an environment of respect, teamwork, and integrity. We reserve the right to remove any athlete, parent, or guardian from a program or event for behavior that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.

​4. Facility Use

Athletes and families must follow the rules of the facilities where practices, clinics, and competitions are held. Prestige Field Hockey is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings at these locations.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that Prestige Field Hockey is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during participation, except where prohibited by law.

​6. Media Release

By participating in our programs, athletes and parents grant Prestige Field Hockey permission to use photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes, unless written notice is provided opting out.

​7. Website Use

• The website content (including text, graphics, and logos) is the property of Prestige Field Hockey and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Users may not misuse the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.
